Information desk
An information desk is available in the main lobby of the airport. The reception staff can inform travelers and companions on their flight, their experience at the airport or the formalities. Do not hesitate to call on them.
ATMs, banks, exchange
Holders of international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or cards issued by some Congolese banks have the possibility of withdrawing money from the ATM at the airport. This ATM distributes bank notes in CFA francs (XAF). A bureau de change also allows you to obtain CFA francs in exchange for international currencies upon your arrival in Brazzaville.

VIP Lounge
The Ebène Lounge is available in the boarding area . Access is restricted to business class or first class travelers of certain airlines and to holders of access or lounger passes. It is also possible to access it punctually by paying an access fee of 12000FCFA (~ 18 €). The VIP Lounge is accessible at the same price and under the same conditions or on annual subscription.

Internet
Congo has several 3G / 4G operators selling SIM cards without subscription and 3G USB keys for cheap and fast internet access on your PC, tablet or phone. These sim cards are available and can be activated in several shops of the airport on the ground floor, in the zone of the arrivals. Free wifi zones are also offered to users.
Stores and duty free shops
Several shops are available within the airport, both in the international duty free zone and in the main departure and arrival halls. Books, international press, souvenirs, crafts, ready-to-wear, postcards and stamps, telephony and electronics, perfumes, alcohol and tobaccos (Duty Free DFSA), are all products proposed to travelers and their companions.

Police & security
Brazzaville Intl. Airport is always concerned about the safety of passengers and aircraft. The police of the airport listen to all travelers. Security officers also ensure compliance with international standards. You can call them to report any suspicious activity. In addition, we remind you that leaving luggage unattended can cause its destruction and prosecution against you.
Luggage wrapping
To strengthen and protect your luggage from bumps, scratches or theft, a paying luggage wrapping service is available in the check-in area of the Brazzaville-Maya-Maya airport hall. The wrapping station is proposed to passengers with fixed price is 1500FCFA (€ 2.25) per bag packed.

Luggage scales
Each airline flying to Congo impose a different baggage allowance.
